Policy for the Return of Originals

If the original artwork doesn’t satisfy you entirely, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund.

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. You MUST contact me at before your 7th day after you receive the original artwork and prior to beginning a return. Refunds will be processed no longer than 7 days after I receive the undamaged return. All money minus my original shipping cost will be returned to the same form of payment used during purchase.

I also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with me that the work will be returned. The returned work and frame must be free of damage. Please return using the same shipping box and materials and choose a shipping option with a tracking number and insured to the value of the work. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return an Original, Undamaged Work:

Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your artwork delivery date, please email to provide your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.

Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the artwork back safely.

Step 3 – Email to complete the return process.

Once the piece safely arrives, I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any).
